Founders Associate - Brand & Marketing (m/w/d)

MindElevate brings mental health as a lifestyle into everyday life. We develop a product, a community, and a brand that anchors mental health preventively, scalable, and effective in companies.

As Founder’s Associate - Brand & Marketing, you will work directly with the founders and help make our positioning visible. You translate thoughts into content, strategy into implementation, and ensure that our brand appears consistently, boldly, and differently on all channels.

We are looking for students, part-time employees (556€-basis) or interns:in (3-6 months).

Aufgaben

• You implement our brand and marketing strategy hands-on.
• You create content for the website, LinkedIn, social media, newsletter, and community, and decide which channel works best for us.
• You develop marketing and sales materials like presentations, one-pagers, and use cases.
• You work actively on our website (e.g., in Framer) and bring new pages quickly live.
• You think campaigns through and implement them independently.
• You bring in new ideas, test formats, and help us do things differently than the competition.

Qualifikation

• You work eigenverantwortlich and take over topics really.
• If you can't do something yet, you learn it and implement it.
• You have a strong visuelles Auge and a good sense of impact.
• You think out of the box and are eager to make things that no one else has made.
• Making is more important to you than thinking.
• You are creative, pragmatic, and don't shy away from putting things into practice.

Helpful but not a must:

• Experience or willingness to learn in tools like Framer, Notion, or AI-tools
• Sense for texts, storytelling, and tone
• Interest in mental health and lifestyle themes
