Aufgaben

• Video-Content End-to-End: You produce videos from concept to upload. This means: scripts, filming (talking head & screencasts), editing, texturing, and posting.
• Personal Branding: You support CMO Felix Füssel in becoming the leading voice in the LegalTech market. You prepare success stories, accompany events with a camera, and support regular LinkedIn posts
• Product Inscription: You create excitement for complex software. You create dynamic screen recordings and tutorials that show how our AI solves problems.
• Copywriting: You write hooks with scroll-stopper effect and posts that stimulate discussions
• Channel Management: You maintain and develop our core channel LinkedIn, as well as new channels, interact with the community, and evaluate which formats perform best.

Qualifikation

• Video & Edit: You are experienced in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. You know how to set jump-cuts and mix audio cleanly.
• Storytelling: Your texts are short, make curious, and are activating
• Experience: You have already implemented your own projects (TikTok, YouTube, Podcast or similar). You can provide a portfolio with your work.
• Curiosity: You are interested in the topics of AI, LegalTech, and law firms.
• Einstellung: You work independently, organize yourself, and love building things. You don't need a ready-made studio, but work hands-on.
• Languages: German (native speaker level), English (≥ C1)
