Over 100 companies have already set up with Gainback – now it's about taking the next step: scaling, professionalizing, internationalizing.

We're looking for you – right by the side of the founders.

Tasks

• Maintenance & further development of our active customers. You ensure that satisfied customers become enthusiastic ones.
• Developing marketing and sales strategies together with the founder team.
• Making Gainback scalable: building processes and structures.
• Making Gainback investor-ready: working on a pitch, metrics, materials, and investor communication.
• Taking over own side projects. From initial ideas to implementation.

Qualification

🚀 You have the desire to rethink marketing for local companies from scratch and revolutionize it
🔥 You are fit when working with tools like Canva, Claude, CRM systems,...
🧠 You think strategically, but also work operationally and quickly
📈 Sales, Marketing, Operations. You want to take a look at everything instead of getting stuck in one box
