Founder's Associate / CTO's Assistant (m/f/d)

We are ABSORA – a Deep-GreenTech startup in Berlin. With our patented HSA3 technology, we are developing completely new solutions for lightweight construction, acoustics, and filtration. Our goal is to expand our production from the workshop to highly automated series production and to strengthen Europe as a production location.

For this, we are looking for you – an organizational and technical all-round talent with a hands-on mentality who takes responsibility, supports the CTO, and drives operational processes proactively.

Tasks

Your Mission

You will work directly alongside our CTO, ensuring that strategic roadmaps are put into practice. No two days are the same: sometimes you will manage interface projects between R&D and manufacturing, sometimes you will structure technical specifications, coordinate partners, or find creative solutions for operational challenges. If you like working independently, thinking along, and bringing structure to complex technical projects, you are in the right place with us.

Your Tasks

• You will support the CTO operationally and strategically in building our technology and manufacturing processes.
• You will take over project management for technical milestones, trial phases, and R&D initiatives.
• You will work closely with development, the workshop, production, and external interfaces, and maintain the flow of information.
• You will prepare appointments, technical decision proposals, presentations, and reports to the point and take over the filing of technical data.
• You will support the preparation of supplier decisions, patents, or technical certifications.
• You will support the setup of modern series production organizationally and keep an overview of deadlines and resources.

Qualification

• A completed degree in (Business) Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Physics, Technology Management, or a comparable qualification at the interface of technology and organization.
• Initial experience in a startup environment, in technical project management, or in a comparable assistant or Founder's Associate role.
• Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for hardware-related GreenTech solutions.
• You enjoy helping others solve problems, provide support to the team, and communicate clearly, appreciatively, and without an authoritative tone.
• You work independently, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and find pragmatic solutions even in dynamic phases.
• Team spirit, initiative, and the desire to build something in an innovative GreenTech startup.
