Founders Associate

As Founders Associate (f/m/x), you will work directly with our founding team and receive not only insights into the company's strategy, but also into the concrete work with our customers. You will take responsibility for your own projects, drive AI-supported automation initiatives forward, and lay the foundation for your further development – for example, in project leadership for growth projects.

Tasks

• Direct collaboration with the founding team – strategic initiatives, internal projects, and customer topics are shaped together
• Project work with customers – you support planning, steering, and implementation of marketing and growth projects
• Account management light – you help maintain customer relationships, prepare reports, and coordinate measures
• Strategy & Organization – you develop internal processes further, build structures, and ensure more efficiency – also through the targeted use of AI automation
• Finance & Operations – you create business plans, financial models, and reports and optimize our finance processes
• Business Development – you work on developing new service offerings and help discover new markets

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• First professional experience (0-2 years) in a dynamic environment (e.g. consulting, marketing, start-up, VC)
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation platforms (e.g. Claude, Make, Zapier)
• Structured and independent working style with high sense of responsibility
• Outstanding communication skills and joy in direct customer work
• Analytically strong, detail-oriented, and pragmatic
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take operational responsibility
• Fluent in German and English
