beatvest is the leading platform for certified, gamified financial education. We support banks and financial institutions in activating their users, building trust, and increasing the usage of their product landscapes. Our B2B-SaaS solution is directly integrated into existing banking environments and transforms inactive app users into informed investors.

As Werkstudent:in Founders Associate AI & Automation, you will work closely with one of our founders and receive deep insights into strategic and operational decision-making processes of a rapidly scaling FinTech startup. You will help us embed AI into our processes, products, and customer solutions – with the clear goal of making financial knowledge more accessible, personalized, and effective.

Tasks

In this role, you will actively shape our AI-First Transformation and work closely with founders, product, tech, and content:

Ai-gestützte Automatisierung

• Konzeption, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Automationen (the internal workflows and B2B customer setups scalable make)
• Development of AI-supported tools and processes to increase efficiency and product quality
• Customer Support - you support Customer Support, also with innovative AI processes

Data & Insights

• Analyzing user KPIs, learning and engagement funnels, as well as investment conversions at bank partners
• Drawing data-based recommendations for product and feature prioritization – particularly in the context of AI personalization

Ai-Product Enablement

• Closely working with engineering and content to develop AI features, learning paths, and personalization logics
• Supporting the operationalization of AI models and internal AI agents that further optimize our B2B platform

Qualification

🎯 Your Profile

• 📚 Studium in Data Science, Economics and Computer Science, BWL, Economic Mathematics, or comparable
• 🌍 Very good German & English (B2/C1+), also in written form
• 🧠 Enthusiasm for Financial Markets and the topic of Financial Literacy
• 🛠️ Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Airtable, Make, Zapier) or great interest in getting started
• 📊 Strong analytical skills, first experience with SQL, Notion, or BI tools of advantage
• 🎨 Excellent PowerPoint skills & good eye for presentations
• 💡 Structured, self-reliant work style & hands-on mentality
