Aufgaben

As Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the management:
→ Operative and strategic projects take over – from E-Commerce optimization to brand launches until internal KI tools
→ Numbers, processes, and tools question and improve
→ Develop, present, and implement independent solutions
→ Learn directly from an ex-McKinsey EM – with a lot of sparring and self-responsibility

Qualifikation

→ Intern or student, 20–40 hours/week, 3–12 months
→ Top-profile with hands-on character and genuine entrepreneurial spirit
→ Great affinity for KI and desire to rethink processes
→ Desire to work on brands you see every day on the street
→ A plus: Solid padel or table tennis skills 🏓
