Founder Associate / Strategische Assistenz (m/w/d) REMOTE

Support to the management of Life Science Consulting & Building a Tech Venture.

The Situation:
I am Daniel Hermann. I lead two company divisions:

1. Daniel Hermann Consulting (DHC): A specialized consulting firm for GxP-Compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. We are a stable team of 5 people, working profitably and long-term with our customers.
2. New Venture (Stealth Mode): A new company (SaaS) that we are building in the Life Science area. We operate here consciously still under the radar until the product is market-ready.

Currently, many operational tasks are lying with me, which prevent me from focusing on strategy and further development of both companies.
Therefore, I am looking for a reliable right-hand person.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:
You ensure that my back is kept free and projects run smoothly structured.

• Project Coordination: You are the interface between me, the team, and external service providers. You make sure that deadlines and processes are met.
• Operative Relief: You prepare decisions, research topics, and take care of administrative workflows, so nothing is left behind.
• Marketing Support: You steer the implementation of our marketing measures (e.g. coordination with agencies for Google Ads or video production, print campaigns etc.).
• Structure: Where processes are missing, you help me set them up simply and digitally (e.g. in Notion).

Qualification

You bring with you:
I am looking for someone who doesn't make big speeches, but gets things done.

• Organizational Talent: You keep an overview, even when three things happen at the same time.
• Digital Competence: You work safely with modern tools and can quickly adapt to new software.
• Communication: You can express yourself very well in writing and speaking (German & English) and appear professionally.
• Background: You have a completed degree (BWL, natural sciences etc.) or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding work experience.
