Founder Associate (m/w/d) - flexible / hybrid - next Generation of AI Tools

As a Founder Associate, you will work closely with the founders and gain insights into all core areas of the company. You will take responsibility for strategic and operational projects – from go-to-market to product to fundraising.

This role is not an assistant job. It's a springboard to leadership, venture building, or your own startups.

Tasks

• Direct collaboration with the founders on strategic topics

• Preparation & implementation of fundraising and investor topics

• Analysis of market, competition, and new business fields

• Building and optimizing internal processes

• Support for Enterprise Sales & Partnerships

• Preparation of pitches, customer meetings & strategic decisions

• Independent leadership of projects with end-to-end responsibility

Qualification

What we're looking for

• Excellent analytical skills

• Structured, independent working style

• High speed and implementation strength

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Very strong communication skills (German & English)

• 0-3 years of relevant experience (startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy, etc.)

Bonus: AI-, SaaS-, or PropTech-experience
