Founder Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking Founder Associate, who will work directly with the founder and make a significant contribution to the growth of the company.

This position is not a classical assistant role. You will work at the center of the company – drive sales activities forward, build structures, and ensure operational excellence.

Tasks

• Building, steering, and optimizing our Sales Activities
• Active support during closing processes
• Structuring and further development of CRM & Pipeline Processes
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic projects
• BUILDING scalable internal structures
• Support for investor & growth initiatives
• Closely working with the founder as a sparring partner

Qualification

• 2–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting or Operations
• Demonstrable successes in sales or building processes
• Very strong organizational and implementation capabilities
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-responsibility
• Analytical, structured, and hands-on
• Fluent German and very good English
