Foundation IP Design Expert

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as Foundation IP Design Expert. Job Description 1. Define performance and reliability specifications for standard cells and Memory IPs. 2. Research and develop architecture for standard cell libraries and Memory IP; analyze industry trends and emerging technologies. 3. Design performance critical circuits for standard cells and Memory IP. 4. Drive circuit design and layout implementation. 5. Work with cross-functional teams including EDA, implementation, and verification engineers to ensure design success. 6. Support IP characterization and validation. 7. Debug and resolve design issues. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. PhD is a plus. 2. 5+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, with a focus on standard cells and/or memory design. 3. Strong understanding of CMOS circuit design principles, including device physics, process variation, and circuit simulation. 4. Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for circuit design, simulation, and layout. 5. Familiarity with standard cell library design and memory IP design flow. 6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. 7. Experience with low-power design techniques is a plus. 8. Experience with high-speed interface design is a plus.
