Solar Farm Site Manager

We are looking for a Solar Farm Site Manager to be directly inserted into our company in BRESCIA Our client is a consolidated reality in the electrical, hydraulic, and photovoltaic installation sector. With an approach attentive to sustainability, the company designs and installs systems for the civil and industrial sectors, offering modern and functional technological solutions, in line with the latest innovations in the field of energy efficiency. We are looking for a figure to be inserted as Site Manager to support our operational team in the activities of installing civil systems. The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager, with strong organizational and management skills, to be inserted in support of photovoltaic construction sites. The figure will be the operational reference point between the site and the technical office, coordinating the work of teams composed of mechanical and electrical installers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinating and supervising operational teams (up to 10/12 people) - Managing on-site activities, assigning tasks, and verifying work progress - Strategic evaluation of timelines (e.g., continuing or returning the next day) - Autonomous management of site documentation - Direct interface with technical and administrative offices - Verifying compliance with safety regulations and project deadlines - Technical and organizational support during installation phases REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED - Pluriennial experience as Site Manager or Technical Coordinator in the electrical or photovoltaic sector - Ability to manage people and resources effectively and authoritatively - Excellent planning, problem-solving, and adaptability skills for site dynamics - Knowledge of technical documentation and flows between site and office - Competence in time management and operational priority COSA OFFRIAMO - Fixed-term contract of 6 months + indefinite (Possibility of direct insertion with a 3-month trial period) - Variable RAL between €35,000 and €45,000, based on experience and skills - Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00 - Solid, technical, and structured environment, with stimulating projects and constant growth - Workplace location: Brescia (BS) Committent: Gaia Srl : The candidate (f/m/x) authorizes the processing of personal data contained in the curriculum vitae for recruitment, research, and personnel selection purposes, as per Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
