Photo and Video Grapher (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Creation of target-group-oriented content for our social media channels (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) as well as internal platforms.
• Independent planning and execution of video and photo productions, including camera, sound, lighting, and set design – taking into account the corporate design.
• Editing and post-processing of video and photo material (color correction, sound adjustment, insertion of graphics and intro/outro elements).
• Development and implementation of smaller script concepts and storyboards for image, event, or information videos in consultation with the team.
• Participation in the conduct of podcasts or interview formats, including setup and maintenance of technology on site.
• Closely coordinated work with the marketing department and specialist departments – to implement video ideas and communication goals.
• Quality control of our video products (focus on image language, sound quality, and harmonious dramaturgy).
• Structured archiving, tagging, and management of the created photo and video materials for long-term use.
• Maintenance of current trends in the field of video and photo production as well as continuous development of formats and style guidelines.
• Responsibility for our internal production studio.

Your Profile

• Completed studies or training in the field of media design/media production, or you have already gained experience in an agency.
• Tech-savvy understanding of camera, sound, lighting, and video editing.
• Safe and skilled handling of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic knowledge of After Effects.
• You identify with your work and are characterized by a goal-oriented and engaged working and thinking style.
• Your to-do's are self-managed in your sight, and you have a high level of initiative.
• You are reliable, meticulous, motivated, and loyal.
