Job description
Your Tasks
Your Profile
What do we offer you?
- You conceptualize and develop AI solutions from the initial prototype to production operation: LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows with tool integration.
- You are responsible for architecture and implementation in fullstack, from frontend to cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- You advise our clients at eye level. You listen, translate requirements into viable solutions, and also say when something doesn't make sense.
- Once or twice a month, you will be on-site with the client, for example at workshops, discovery meetings, or pitches. There, you will contribute the technical perspective.
- You help shape our engineering standards and share your knowledge within the team.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in modern software development at a senior level, ideally in fullstack.
- Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI in real projects, not just in side projects, plus a solid understanding of ML fundamentals.
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure and proficient handling of Clean Code and SOLID.
- Enjoy consulting: You explain complex technology comprehensibly, even to people without a technical background.
- You communicate clearly and confidently and feel as comfortable in a workshop as you do with code.
- Willingness for one to two on-site client appointments per month.
- German at C1 level.
- Nice to have: Angular, .NET, NestJS, C#, TypeScript, Python, Terraform/CDK. Your stack doesn't have to fit perfectly. Curiosity is more important to us.
What do we offer you?
- Above-average compensation
- Flexible working hours, remote or in Nuremberg/Berlin, workation in the EU
- 30 days of vacation
- €7.50 lunch subsidy per day
- Real responsibility, flat hierarchies, short paths
- Team events, LAN parties, and a team that loves tech as much as you do
