Job description

AlphaPrompt is a Munich-based B2B software startup for the institutional real estate industry. We are building the Intelligent Property File: an intelligent data room that automatically classifies, reads, and structures documents with traceable sources, and an Agentic Workspace where AI agents handle checks and workflows – from lease agreements to utility bills to handovers to third-party systems. Our clients are asset and property managers in the DACH region who work with it daily.

Tasks

Your Role

You are the technical person who knows our clients. You onboard new clients and properties onto the platform, configure data rooms and agent workflows for their use case, align results with them, and clarify questions – without going through a support team. Where the platform isn't sufficient, you build it yourself: integrations, imports, configurations, small features, and the integration of our AI team's AI functions. And because you see what clients need repeatedly, you turn individual solutions into standard product features. You work closely with the founders and our lead developer.

What you will do with us

  • Take responsibility for customer onboarding: set up data rooms, import documents, configure metadata and workflows – and automate the setup step by step.
  • Gather requirements in meetings with asset and property managers, present results, and decide what will be configured, built, or rejected.
  • Build yourself across the entire stack – backend in Python, frontend in React: imports, exports, connections to third-party systems like SharePoint, customer-specific extensions.
  • Commission AI agents from our AI team at the client's site and review their results on real German documents: lease agreements, utility bills, maintenance logs.
  • Feed customer feedback back into the product: identify patterns, describe them clearly, and turn recurring issues into standard features yourself.

Qualification

What you bring

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) in spoken and written form – non-negotiable. Plus good English for team collaboration.
  • Residency in Germany and a workplace in Munich in the office.
  • Two to four years of experience in software development on a product, ideally SaaS/B2B.
  • Full-stack with a backend focus (Python) – and you also get involved in the frontend (React/TypeScript) instead of avoiding it.
  • Demonstrable experience with clients or business departments – e.g., as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation or Technical Consultant, or a developer with client contact. You explain technology in a way that an asset manager understands, and you can handle a meeting on your own.
  • Product understanding and startup drive: You want to know what a feature is for, you take on topics independently and see them through – quickly, pragmatically, cleanly.
  • Basic understanding of LLM-based applications – you don't have to build agents, but you should be able to understand and integrate what the AI team has built.

Benefits

What we offer

  • A product that is used by institutional clients – you see directly the impact of your work on the client.
  • Short communication channels: directly with the founders and the lead developer; decisions are made in the room.
  • AI as the core of the product, not just a buzzword – and real influence on the roadmap because you are closest to the customer.
  • Responsibility from day one, office in Munich.

We look forward to receiving your application.
