Your mission

  • Deployment & Immersion — intervene directly at our clients' to transform a strategic intention into a measurable result.

  • Multi-Agent Orchestration — design and integrate advanced autonomous systems (MCP protocol, RAG, function calling).

  • Evaluation & Security — build evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems and ensure security.

  • AI FinOps & ROI — optimize the trade-off between performance, latency, and inference cost.

  • Knowledge Capitalization (Land → Expand → Abstract) — abstract specific solutions developed at the client into reusable patterns for the rest of the company.

Your playground

  • Stack: Python, LangChain / LangGraph, Anthropic (Claude) / Vertex AI, MLOps tools (LangSmith, Langfuse), Docker, CI/CD.

  • Your daily tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot. Our Anthropic partnership gives you access to tools and certifications before anyone else.

  • Projects that stand out: Unified GenAI APIs, enterprise agent platforms deployed at our clients' at the heart of their IS. Concrete results, not PoCs that end up in the closet.

What we're looking for in you

  • The must-haves:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience

    • Concrete experience deploying systems integrating AI agents in production.

  • The mindset:

    • Impact & Pragmatism : you understand the client's context, you can simplify complex concepts for business or executive stakeholders.

    • Governance & Rigor : you refuse code that cannot be explained by an agent, you frame the AI's autonomy according to the level of business risk.

    • The 10x spirit : you systematically automate low-value tasks to focus on architecture and complex problems.

Your evolution

  • A choice of trajectory: Staff Engineer / Principal Engineer or Engineering Manager
