Your responsibilities: - Train and coach our external non-life service teams on products, systems, processes, and sales techniques - in person, virtually, or in hybrid mode. - Create engaging learning paths, using agile methods, blending innovative digital tools and proven pedagogy. - Individually support each employee through structured and supportive follow-up. - Adapt your discourse based on your audience: whether it's an experienced professional or someone discovering the profession. - Collaborate with the entire training team in Switzerland and stay up-to-date on the latest training trends. What you bring: - Solid experience in non-life insurance, ideally enhanced by consulting or sales experience (specialist certificate or equivalent) - and the desire to broaden your horizons if necessary. - Experience in adult training in the insurance sector, with a trainer diploma (FSEA 1 or equivalent) or a sufficient volume of hours to make it a real strong point. - A true talent for building relationships: you know how to establish a climate of trust, make your sessions lively, and deliver messages with impact. - High degree of autonomy and rigor, combined with a great ability to adapt in a dynamic environment - because things move fast here! - Proficiency in digital tools for designing modern hybrid training and impeccable French; German is a real asset for collaborating with your colleagues and participating in coordination meetings.
