We are seeking candidates who want to join a 350-hour training program to learn the basics of aerospace structure assembly, followed by a 21-week on-the-job training period. Upon successful completion of your AASA CQPM, you will start a mission that can last up to 18 months. After the formation and only upon obtaining the CQPM, you will integrate into a team position.
You will have as your main missions the assembly and assembly of structural elements of an aircraft (T13 pavilion or half-barque...).
You will master operations such as riveting, adjusting, drilling, tapping, and essential rules of the trade.
You will communicate the status of your activity (verification, tracking of operations, quality) and be sensitive to aeronautical rigor.

The training program will take place during daytime hours, followed by a team position in daytime or evening shifts (2x8, 3x8).
