At Picnic, we are revolutionizing the online grocery sector with our innovative 100% app-based service. As a key technical pillar of our training ecosystem, you will ensure smooth, secure, and reliable access to essential training for our field staff and managers.

As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will be in charge of the training journey. This journey must be engaging and inspiring so that our constantly growing team (of over 700 operational employees and over 50 operational leaders) can develop effectively. You know exactly what skills our operations colleagues need to excel in their roles. You are comfortable in an international and dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with HR and Operations teams!

Your Missions

• Training Coordination: You will plan and coordinate training sessions in conjunction with participants and team leads. You will ensure the optimal booking and preparation of training locations.

• Communication Regarding Training Activities: You will inform participants and managers in advance, and then ensure post-training follow-up to guarantee optimal learning transfer.

• Facilitating Training Sessions: As a trainer, you will independently facilitate workshops, leadership training, and other modules. You will prepare sessions in partnership with co-trainers and evaluate their outcomes.

• Feedback & Optimization: You will analyze participant feedback, measure the impact of training, and identify areas for improvement.

• Training Engineering & Field Needs: You will identify skill needs alongside team leads and the HR team, and then propose impactful learning solutions.

• Blended Learning Development: You will integrate e-learning with in-person training to offer a complete and coherent learning journey.

About You

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, or a similar field.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in skills development / Learning & Development (L&D), with solid experience in facilitating in-person training, ideally acquired closely with operational teams.

• You have a perfect command of French and a very good level of English.

• You are passionate about L&D and are committed to increasing the impact of training at Picnic.

• You hold a valid driver's license (Permis B) and are available to travel regularly to our various sites in France to conduct field training.

• You are a true team player, capable of building relationships easily and working in close collaboration with your various stakeholders.

• You have a real talent for organization, approach your tasks with energy, and know how to drive change while easily engaging your interlocutors.

  
  
  
• You are ready to travel to the Netherlands once a quarter to collaborate in person with the entire L&D team.
