NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WELDER FORMER (F/H) ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT BASED NEAR MONTBELIARD. You train learners and employees in welding procedures, from beginner to confirmed level.
You transmit theoretical and practical knowledge in accordance with standards, adapt and evolve teaching materials according to audiences and technological evolutions. You accompany students in their professional project and participate in preparing and evolving technical platforms.
You exchange with companies to analyze needs and build training plans adapted. You master MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA (or other specific procedures) and possess significant experience in industrial welding or vocational training center. You are ideally equipped with skills in boiler-making or piping.
You are a pedagogue, rigorous, and have developed a relational sense.
Your ability to adapt to diverse audiences (apprentices, employees, job seekers) is appreciated.
