As part of the inter-company courses, our training center in Biel offers apprentices in the fields of automation technician and automation assembler thematic modules of 2 to 4 weeks to introduce them to the practical and electrotechnical basics of their profession.

Your tasks

• Provide inter-company courses in the professions of automation technician and automation assembler, in French and German
• Participate in the development of course materials
• Provide support and assistance in organizing examinations within the framework of USAT's advanced training
• Assist and carry out tasks for the head of the training center
• Participate in projects

Your profile

Required:

• Bilingual French / German
  - if your mother tongue is French, a very good command of German is required
  - mother tongue German; good command of French and willingness to improve it
• Certified Automation Technician / Certified Automation Assembler or equivalent, with additional training in electrical engineering
• Professional pedagogical training as a full-time trainer (e.g., as a trainer) or willingness to undergo this training
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Professional experience in the field of control system construction / electrical panel construction / mechanical engineering.

Desirable:

• Experience in organizing inter-company courses
• Experience working with young people
• Experience as a trainer
• Knowledge of programmable logic controller programming and pneumatics / electro-pneumatics
