English Language Trainer H/F

The job of human resources manager consists in ensuring the management of military personnel, both administratively and relationally. You supervise recruitment processes, evaluation, professional development, and mobility. From an airbase, you are at the service of aviators to accompany them in their career, status, and rights while respecting military HR regulations.

A salary equal between men and women at the same post and hierarchical level.

To start your career as a human resources manager, the job training includes :

- Initial military training is 12 weeks at the Air and Space School in Salon-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône).

You will follow a paid training :
After passing the entry tests for training, you are fully integrated into the forces of the Air and Space Army. As such, you benefit from your full salary during the entire duration of training until obtaining the required certifications to start your job as a human resources manager.

As a human resources manager, you :

- Participate in studies related to HR employment (skills, personnel, payroll, ) ;
- Are in charge of recruiting or converting military personnel, preparing and executing HR management acts (military and civilian) ;
- Implement the HR policy of the Air and Space Army (personnel management, staff condition, ).
