Apprentice Trainer – Polymechanicians

For one of our clients, specialized in the manufacture of precision machines, we are looking for their future talent in the role of Formateur d'apprentis – Polymécaniciens (H/F) Your responsibilities In this key role, you ensure technical training and overall guidance of polymechanician apprentices, combining pedagogy, organization, and follow-up: Give CIE courses and train apprentices in manual, conventional, and CNC machining techniques, metrology, and assembly Plan and organize the work schedule for each apprentice Provide individualized support to apprentices who are struggling or need additional help Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients' machines and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices and provide feedback to improve their skills Foster a positive learning environment and promote teamwork among apprentices Collaborate with other trainers, supervisors, and production staff to ensure effective communication and coordination Provide input on training programs and suggest improvements based on your experience and expertise
