Job Description:

As a Clinical Applications Trainer, you design, deliver, and support training related to clinical information systems. You accompany healthcare professionals in implementing and using these systems, ensuring a smooth adoption and contributing directly to the improvement of care processes.

Your Responsibilities

Identify training needs based on deployment plans
Design and animate attractive training sessions (group, individual, e-learning)
Sustain change management and user adoption
Write clear and practical training materials
Ensure user support and resolve problems (including shifts and guards)
Promote new features and improvements
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Understand department needs and anticipate challenges
Be a trusted liaison between teams
Contribute to continuous quality improvement of care

Work Conditions

Fixed hours during the week
Participation in guards (system availability 24/7)
Punctual meetings or interventions in the evening
Intensive screen work
