As a Clinical Applications Trainer, you design, deliver, and support training related to clinical information systems. You accompany healthcare professionals in implementing and using these systems, ensuring a smooth adoption and contributing directly to the improvement of care processes.
As a Clinical Applications Trainer, you design, deliver, and support training related to clinical information systems. You accompany healthcare professionals in implementing and using these systems, ensuring a smooth adoption and contributing directly to the improvement of care processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify training needs based on deployment plans
- Design and animate attractive training sessions (group, individual, e-learning)
- Sustain change management and user adoption
- Write clear and practical training materials
- Ensure user support and resolve problems (including shifts and guards)
- Promote new features and improvements
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Understand department needs and anticipate challenges
- Be a trusted liaison between teams
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement of care
Work Conditions
- Fixed hours during the week
- Participation in guards (system availability 24/7)
- Punctual meetings or interventions in the evening
- Intensive screen work
