Forklift Service Technician - Crown Wellington

About this role We are seeking an experienced Forklift Service Technician to join our team at Crown Wellington. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through the maintenance and repair of their forklifts. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting thorough inspections of forklifts to identify any issues or defects; • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements; • Repairing and troubleshooting faults with forklifts; • Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving any issues promptly; • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used; • Working safely at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role as a Forklift Service Technician; • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair faults; • Excellent communication and customer service skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; • Physical stamina to lift, bend, and move heavy objects; • Valid driver’s license.
