Job description
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience
- Must have a current Forklift license
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and the ability to comply with safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
We need Forklift Driver to perform the following duties:
- Operating Forklift safely and effectively
- Safely load and unload packages & containers
- Label parcels and store packages & containers
- Ensure packages & containers are stored in correct areas allocated
- Stock, inventory checks, keeping the workspace clean
- Shift packages & containers to warehouse
- By operating forklift safely store packages & containers in warehouse
- Using forklift unload packages & containers for delivery
- Using forklift shift the packages & containers to delivery trucks
- Assist in delivery dispatch activities
- Perform load safety checks
- Inspect Forklift for any repairs and maintenance
- Minor repairs to Forklift to keep it in good condition
- Assist in general warehouse duties
- Follow WHS Procedures
