Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of CFD accounts, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of client transactions; • Conduct thorough analysis of account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support; • Collaborate with the trading desk team to ensure seamless execution of trades and timely resolution of any issues that may arise; • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.); • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in CFD trading or account management; • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Fluency in Thai language (written and spoken).
