MICROPIEUX QUALIFIE FOREUR
Job description
AXIA 54 recruits : a qualified MICROPIEUX foreur to intervene on several future construction sites in the Grand-Est.
Technical skills required :
Confirmed experience as a foreur on micro-pile drilling machines (type Comacchio MC4 / MC6 / MC8, Klemm, Soilmec, Hütte, etc.)
Mastery of the following drilling techniques :
o Destructive drilling (ODEX, advancement tubing)
o Roto-percussion drilling
o Rotary drilling
o Hammer drill (MFT)
- Complete realization of micro-piles :
o Setting up tubings
o Management of drilling parameters
o Cleaning the drilling equipment
o Setting up rebar
o Participation in injection operations (cement grouting)
Technical operational skills : installation and disassembly of the machine - reading execution plans and understanding technical sheets - control of verticality and respect of tolerances - routine maintenance of the machine and first-level maintenance - work coordination with the site foreman.
Desired profile :
Experience in micro-piles (minimum 2-3 years) - CACES construction equipment - Mandatory driving license (BE or C appreciated) - AIPR - Training for working safely on a construction site (wearing PPE, respecting procedures)
