Forensic Investigations Project Lead

Leads the whole engagement: owns the investigation methodology, plans and allocates the backlog, manages the multidisciplinary team, and is accountable to Eskom for quality and delivery. Reports to the Director / Eskom contract management. Key responsibilities: Develop and own the overall investigation approach and methodology, aligned with industry professional standards, codes of conduct and the relevant laws. Develop and submit detailed investigation plans and allocate cases across the team; Ensure that all investigations are conducted in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize investigative requirements; Manage and maintain accurate records of all investigations; Provide regular updates to Eskom on project progress and any issues or concerns; Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control process for all investigations; Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to conduct high-quality investigations; Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
