Execute import and export operations, ensuring legal compliance, logistical efficiency, and cost optimization, acting as a strategic link between the company and the international market.

Plan, monitor, and execute import and export processes for products, raw materials, or services.
Prepare, review, and control customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, licenses).
Negotiate with suppliers, international clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Coordinate international logistics (sea, air, and road), ensuring deadlines and cargo integrity.
Monitor logistical and tax costs, proposing improvements and cost reductions.
Ensure compliance with national and international regulations (Customs, health authorities, trade agreements).
Use systems such as Siscomex and ERP platforms for foreign trade management.
Track global market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
Use systems such as Siscomex, ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) and ERP platforms for foreign trade management.
Support audits and prepare management reports for leadership.
