FOREIGN SALES TECHNICIAN

Orienta Orienta spa Società Benefit filiale di San Bonifacio, selects FOREIGN SALES TECHNICIAN for a client reality located in Arcole. The company, born in 1992, is today a stable and consolidated reality present in the territory that designs and distributes products for heating and air conditioning. Present both nationally and European, it counts more than 350 assistance centers to ensure maximum service to its customers. To expand the office, we are looking for a Post-Sales Technician with preferred experience on chillers and commercial and industrial heat pumps, specialized in installing and maintaining climate control systems. The inserted figure will be responsible for: - Resolving technical and operational requests from customers and assistance centers by phone (Italy) - Phone support for interventions on refrigeration and heat pump systems: testing, repair, maintenance - Technical assistance for programming electronic cards, installation, and testing of supervision systems - Technical training for assistance centers and customers Requisites: - Technical diploma (Thermotechnical/Electronic Technician) or three-year degree in technical disciplines - Previous experience in the industrial/residential heating and cooling sector - Knowledge of refrigeration circuits, thermotechnology, electronics, and reading technical diagrams - Problem-solving skills and crisis management - Good knowledge of Office and setting programs - Excellent knowledge of English + possible second language (Spanish-German) - Availability for travel (approximately 30% - 2/3 days per month) The company offers: - Direct insertion into the company - CCNL Commerce* 14 months - indicative RAL range 23-29 K The company also provides daily lunch vouchers.
