At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat" and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaics, storage systems, heat pumps, and charging stations for our customers. We offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for the purchase and installation of individual and intelligent energy system solutions, so that every household can quickly and professionally live climate-neutrally, heat, and mobilize. At the same time, we are working in our technology department to further develop and expand the Heartbeat software, enabling customers worldwide to connect with the electricity market and offer them the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

Your Position

As Demand Manager*, you are a crucial part of our Corporate-Finance department and take responsibility for efficient, transparent, and professional demand management. You work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and our customers to ensure stable cash flows and identify risks early.

• You lead active communication with customers – verbally and in writing – to clarify outstanding demands and initiate constructive solutions.
• You analyze individual cases, assess payment status, and identify risk and action requirements.
• You ensure a clean, up-to-date, and complete data basis – both in CRM and financial systems.
• You work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex issues and prepare decisions.
• You support the further development of our internal processes in demand and debt collection and actively contribute to professionalizing the organization.

Your Profile

• You have a background in accounting, bookkeeping, or controlling.
• Ideal candidates bring experience from the construction industry, craftsmanship, or similar project-oriented fields.
• You work safely with CRM tools and place high value on data quality and structure.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and service-oriented – even in challenging situations.
• Your German language skills correspond to a native speaker level (C2), English is rarely required.
• You work independently, structured, and find pragmatic solutions that advance Finance and Operations.
