We're ending energy waste: energicos stands for sustainable heat thanks to Big Data and self-learning heating systems.

We use Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, and interdisciplinary expertise to guarantee high-efficiency heat supply to our B2B customers across Germany.

This reduces energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and conserves valuable resources.

Tasks

• Identification of suitable funding programs (e.g. BEW, BEG, KfW, BAFA, state and EU funding)
• Preparation, submission, and tracking of funding applications
• Accompaniment of projects throughout the entire funding cycle (application, grant allocation, usage reports, final settlement)
• Communication with funding providers, authorities, banks, and project partners
• Closely working together with project leadership, technology, and accounting
• Ensuring compliance with all formal, legal, and funding-specific requirements
• Maintenance of funding overviews, deadlines, and documentation
• Support in the strategic development of our funding management

Qualification

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (e.g. business economics, energy economics, public administration)
• Experience in funding management, preferably in the energy sector
• Knowledge of relevant funding programs in the energy, heat, and sustainability sectors is advantageous
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Excellent understanding of numbers, deadlines, and formal requirements
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Prompt handling of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
