Foot Care Nurse (Southwold/Oneida)

We are currently looking for a Foot Care Nurse for a Retirement Home client in Southwold/Oneida, Ontario. The Foot Care Nurse will work closely with residents to provide specialized nursing procedures specifically pertaining to foot care. Job Duties: Provide Foot Care to residents based on the needs of the client and the assessment completed by the Foot Care Nurse. Conduct assessments/re-assessments for residents per College standards, develop individualized treatment/management plans, and document all care provided. Ensure that all care provided is in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards and guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care provided. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in foot care. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and other stakeholders. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff. Perform other duties as required.
