Food Services Supervisor

The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to food services within the company. He ensures the quality and compliance of food services offered on board aircraft and in ground installations. Specific responsibilities include Managing inventory and orders for aircraft catering and bistro Managing relationships with suppliers and representatives from various products Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies Providing guidance and training to staff members as needed Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations Developing and implementing procedures to improve food service quality and efficiency Identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns Reporting to management on a regular basis
