Job Description WHAT'S THE JOB? As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. You will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve quality food and beverages, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll help make every guest’s day a little brighter. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with hospitality and a friendly attitude. Take guest orders and accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale system. Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and resolving any issues promptly. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. Demonstrate a commitment to Tim Hortons’ values and culture. Key Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required.
