Food Safety Auditor

You set your shoulders under our clients' audits. So you contribute to the safety and quality of those same clients.

A glimpse from your task package:

• “Knowledge is Key”, after a few training days at headquarters, supplemented with external training; accompany the lead auditor to convert your knowledge into “the field”.
• After this onboarding period, you're ready to go solo. You depart from home towards your first client. Sorry, there are a number of non-conformities during your audit. You frame this in a calm manner for the client. Unfortunate, but it's part of the job.
• After your audit that day, you head back home and think about how you're going to convert your notes into a substantiated audit report.
• You report directly to the operations manager. With him, you sit together to review your performance.
• Your role: as Food Safety Auditor, you feel at home in the food industry and put your expertise at service
• Your role (provided you also have sufficient work experience in the biological agriculture and food sector): responsible for technical management of our certification activities regarding biological production and function as “flagship” of SGS in BIO-land and representative towards our market partners.
