The resource will be employed in the production department and will be responsible for operating the machine for stuffing sausages, ensuring the correct performance of the process according to the quality and food safety standards set by the company. Main tasks: - Preparation and start-up of the stuffing machine; - Monitoring the machine's operation; - Cleaning and sanitizing the machine at the end of the production cycle; Required skills: - Previous experience in the food sector and operating machinery; - Good manual dexterity and attention to detail; - Ability to work in a team and respect sanitary regulations.
