Food Industry Engineer

Orlando is growing its team, we are looking for 1 colleague to develop the laboratory structure and ensure quality control on the production side by supervising and coordinating good manufacturing practices and hygiene on the flow.

8-hour work program

Transport provided from Gorjului metro station.

Achievements necessary:

• Experience of 2 years in the field, knowledge of quality management and food safety constitutes an advantage
• Communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Calculator (office) usage and data processing for performance

Atributes and responsibilities for Food Industry Engineer - on flow:

• Inspect the technological flow, verify and respect manufacturing technology: primary/secondary packaging labels (TDV, origin, lot, weight), package integrity, nitrogen measurement, etc.
• Receiving raw materials/packaging
• Monitoring: temperature/humidity space production and storage, hygiene forms
• Sanitation tests and allergens, hectoliter mass, humidity, determinations
• Tech specs, nutritional information, lot reception/product/mold management

Atributes and responsibilities for Food Industry Engineer - in laboratory:

• Supervise quality compliance throughout the technological process and propose measures to improve quality whenever necessary;
• Prepare necessary documentation for own activities post in the field of Quality, ISO, and HACCP;
• Visionary verifications for raw materials with suspicion of non-conformity or risk of contamination;
• Pick samples at reception, on flow (semi-finished products) and finished product (as needed) for laboratory analysis/plan control, keep records (registers and laboratory forms), prepare receipt report and transmit it to the Purchasing Department
• Perform internal laboratory tests according to our internal control plan.
