Food & Beverage Storeperson (Part-Time)

Be part of the Food and Beverage Stores Team! Assist the Stores Manager with daily stores operations and the distribution of products. Verifies food, beverage and general supplies received and assists with the re-order process and documentation.

• Ensures accurate and prompt distribution of products to all departments
• Move stock from Receiving area to Stores and to all kitchens, promptly, maintaining the cold chain
• Fill requisitions inventory to maintain minimum/maximum pars stock
• Maintains accurate documentation of all requisitions/products issued for reporting purposes
• Rotate, store products with date stamping
• Take physical inventories for daily reorder purposes, month-end reconciliation and reporting
• Use of the BirchStreet Procurement system for issuing and re-order processes
• Daily cleaning of all Stores
• Participates in hotel committees and events
• Performs additional duties as required
