Job Description Operate a high standard of service to our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets as well as a busy conference & events department Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain an exceptional service oriented front of house team Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and inventory levels Contribute to the hotels financial objectives through effective forecasting, cost management and innovative promotions & events experience
