What you will do:

The F&B Mgr reports to the Hotel Manager, supporting him in managing and performing tasks required.

Supervises the work of Department Heads from all F&B teams (The Terrazza, The Library, The Garden Bar, The Garden Restaurant, and Hostess) ensuring that everyone understands our culture so that our guests can have the best possible experience.

Guarantees respect for hotel quality and service standards.

Collaborates with the chef to develop menus,

Maintains compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP) and workplace safety.

Organizes events and banquets, collaborating with the marketing team

Manages budgets, monitors F&B costs, analyzes sales reports, and identifies new strategies.

Negotiates with suppliers

Manages personnel by selecting, training, and motivating staff in the dining area and fostering a harmonious and collaborative work environment.

Maintains employee scheduling based on attendance and budget.

Analyzes customer feedback
