As Food & Beverage Manager within this organization, you are responsible for:

• Managing the daily F&B operation, including menu presentation, guest experience, and staff planning;
• Recruiting, scheduling, motivating, and developing the team, with an eye on a good work climate and optimal staffing;
• Maintaining high service levels, efficient workflows, and continuous quality control via observations, checks, and reports;
• Preparing and monitoring the department budget, achieving performance targets, and contributing to overall business policy;
• Developing and implementing an attractive F&B offer.

The Food & Beverage manager we are looking for meets the following function criteria:

• You can quickly adapt in a dynamic environment and remain calm and determined under pressure;
• Has experience with leadership, in renowned companies, and knows how to inspire teams to top performances.
• Puts guest experience at the center and works smoothly together with colleagues and other departments.
• Combines feeling for numbers with an eye for quality and performance.
• Thinks ahead, comes up with ideas, and dares to cut through red tape where necessary
• Knowledge of wines is a nice plus.

In the role of F&B manager, you will be rewarded with a market-conform salary based on 38 hours.
