Job description
Job Description Coordinate and assist in opening/closing duties and ensure that all settings are completed according to standards and procedures prior to the start of operation Assist management to supervise junior team members and casual labor under his/her leadership/section and to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards Take and record restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance to departmental standards Ensure that all areas of the outlet are clean, tidy and well maintained at all times Assist with inventory management, ordering and receiving stock as required Coordinate and assist in maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the outlet is compliant with relevant laws and regulations Provide support to other departments as required and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
