Food & Beverage Executive

Job Description Accor is in a partnership with one of the World's Leading Airlines, to manage the Lounge operations located in Changi Airport. We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to support daily operations in our dining area. The role focuses on ensuring buffet lines are consistently replenished and tables are promptly cleared and reset, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities Ensure all beverage are made to Lounge standards, including coffee, tea, juice, and other specialty drinks. Manage the inventory of food and beverages, ordering supplies as needed. Coordinate with the lounge team to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and control costs related to food and beverage operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with the lounge team to achieve operational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airline partners and suppliers. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Provide training and support to lounge staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations, ensuring financial goals are met. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the lounge's offerings and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with company brand guidelines and messaging. Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
