Job description

We’re on the lookout for passionate and service-focused F&B Attendants to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Greet, seat, and look after guests with warm, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them through POS
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
Set up, clear, and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Assist with basic food and beverage preparation where required
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Uphold brand standards and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
Follow food safety, RSA (where applicable)

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, 5- stars hotels, or similar hospitality settings (preferred)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
A positive attitude, great presentation, and attention to detail
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Valid RSA (if required for the venue)
