Food & Beverage Attendant

Oaks Wellington Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

• Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
• Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options
• Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Flexible schedule required, including availability for split shifts
• Minimum 15 hours per week
• RSA and RSG certificates required
