Description of the vacancy
Main Objective of the Job:
Supervise and execute activities developed in A&B, meeting time, cost, and quality criteria of the brand, stimulating sales and increasing revenue from A&B. Apply the 4 pillars of A&B: excellent quality, entertainment, listen to the customer, and inspire and motivate the team.
Put the customer at the “heart” of everything done, in order to offer him a unique and unforgettable experience, in accordance with AccorHotels' Service Culture.
