DESIRED PROFILE:

Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven track record in sales. Experience in sales roles, from direct sales to account management, to understand sales cycles and customer needs.

Restaurant Management Experience: Experience in managing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring service quality.

Knowledge of International Franchise Standards: Understand and apply specific franchise standards, including aspects such as design, branding, menus, and operational procedures.

Customer Service: Experience in managing customer experience, including problem resolution, complaint handling, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Compliance with Regulations: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety and hygiene.

Inventory and Purchasing Management: Experience in efficiently managing food and beverage inventory, as well as selecting and acquiring suppliers.

Languages: Spanish and conversational English.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Gastronomy.

Full-time schedule. On-site in Nuevo Polanco.
