We are looking for passionate Food & Beverage Attendants who take pride in delivering genuine, memorable guest experiences while working as part of a supportive, high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver warm, authentic, and professional service that reflects TFE Hotels’ service philosophyTake orders confidently, upsell thoughtfully, and deliver food and beverages to brand standardsAnticipate guest needs, including dietary, cultural, and accessibility requirementsSet up, reset, and maintain dining spaces, including buffet replenishment and cleanlinessSupport in-room dining service and complete POS transactions accuratelyFollow all food safety, health & safety, and TFE brand standards at all timesWork collaboratively, take ownership of your section, and support the wider teamThis is a hands-on, guest-facing role offering variety, pace, and the opportunity to contribute to a positive team culture.What We’re Looking ForA genuine passion for hospitality and guest experienceStrong communication skills — clear, friendly, and professionalProactive, reliable, and accountable approach to workA team player who stays calm and solution-focused under pressureFlexibility to work AM shifts (from 5:30am), PM shifts, weekends, and public holidaysPrevious hospitality experience or a relevant qualification preferredBarista skills, POS knowledge, and food & beverage experience are highly regarded
